Established in the early 1800’s, Brambletye has a rich history of superfine wool production, beef cattle and cropping activities.
The property comprises approximately 1200 ha of river flats with 8km of river frontage. The balance of the property comprises mixed run country backing towards the southern slopes of Ben Lomond and is ideal for producing super fine wool.
Mick and Amanda McMahon purchased the property in late 2016.
The current Merino comprises of approximately 6,500 merino ewes and 1000 merino wethers producing 35,000 kgs of 17-micron wool.
